T46G paired with bluetooth compilot air 11

Hello.

I have hearing bluetooth hearing aids and have paired them through Phonak's Compilot Air 11 to my Yealink T46G. They work fine until I have a call come in while I am on the phone. The call I am on will them be cut off from my hearing aids and I will have to pick up the receiver to keep talking on the call. I have tried using the reject feature both on the Yealink phone and on my compilot and neither is helping the situation.

Can anyone help? Thank you!
