Hi,

If you are still looking for the click to dial function, I can recommend a 3rd party CTI connector called Callinize. They offer this function as well as other features such as call pop up, new lead and task creation, advanced analytics and more. Callinize integrates CRM to Yealink and is very easy to set up.
