Click To Dial or Trigger - elementpbx - 09-26-2013 04:59 AM

maybe this is the same as previous thread, but is there an easy way to do Click to Dial from MS Outlook or do we have to use a 3rd party app?

I think minimum firmware is 28.71.0.155 as previously the logon to the device did not work.

Maybe you can use this to help ?!?

Try Teletrigger, although it doesn't seem to be working on my T42 but I think that's a firmware bug (about to raise that elsewhere!).

Hi! If you are willing to consider a 3rd party app, a great solution I'd like to recommend is a CTI called Callinize. Not only does it have the click to dial capability but also offer other features like call pop up and automatic call logging. Here's a list of their integrations https://www.callinize.com/integrations/yealink/

Hi,

If you are still looking for the click to dial function, I can recommend a 3rd party CTI connector called Callinize. They offer this function as well as other features such as call pop up, new lead and task creation, advanced analytics and more. Callinize integrates CRM to Yealink and is very easy to set up.

Hey everyone! I see Callinize was mentioned here. Just wanted to point out that it's now called Tenfold. It is a great CTI solution that offers integration over 150 more CRM and phone systems. It's easy to set up and will only take a few minutes. You can check out their integrations list here https://www.tenfold.com/integrations/
