I tried upgrading to the .77 firmware remotely via YMCS, but after a few minutes i can see that it did not complete the upgrade. I believe the phone is providing daisy-chained connection to another phone.

Is there an alternate firmware to use? Or could the issue be with trying to upgrade while daisy-chained?

I had a similar problem, though it was with T4X and EXP43's. I created a ticket here and had an updated firmware sent to me within 24 hours.
