T54W with DD10 to W56H. Cordless can't make calls

So I have a T54W with a DD10 DECT dongle attached. I've registered my cordless phones, but when I try to make a call, it says it's trying and then times out. In the settings, telephony, default line, i see it says "no outgoing line."

How do I get the handhelds to be able to place a call?
