EXP50 and Teams phone MPxx

Hello,

we just bought some MP54/56/58 Teams phones and EXP50s. The EXP50 is recognized and it "works", we can even see that in YMCS, but pressing and holding the key buttons doesn't let us changing the settings. From web user portal the menu "Dsskey" is missing, so no way to set the 60 keys.

Is there something to set to make it works? are they even compatible?
