Incoming Caller Volume Decreases During Ringing

Hello,

We have a client that is upset that the incoming caller audio volume decreases when another inbound call is ringing for that handset. Is there any way to stop this function from happening? I assume it's there for a good reason to let you clearly here the ring sound in the handset but is there a way to disable this without limiting the handset to just 1 call at a time?
