Model T42s and T42g, the speakerphone is enable on incoming calls

Our university has a variety of Yealink models. In the case of the t42s and t42g models, several cases have been reported in which lifting the handset enables the speakerphone by itself, and pressing the button ends the call. We tried to update the firmware to the latest version on both models and it seemed to be corrected but as the days passed the situation repeated itself.
I don´t have pictures/videos
