Incoming Caller Volume Decreases During Ringing - tima - 05-02-2015 05:32 AM Hello, We have a client that is upset that the incoming caller audio volume decreases when another inbound call is ringing for that handset. Is there any way to stop this function from happening? I assume it's there for a good reason to let you clearly here the ring sound in the handset but is there a way to disable this without limiting the handset to just 1 call at a time? What is the phone model you are using and what is the firmware version? 2. Do you mean when there is a call ongoing and now a new call comes in, the volume of the ongoing call decreases? 3.
