How to show caller Phone Number when call is forwarded

Hi
I have here T48G SIP Phones, and when an incoming call is manually forwarded to another phone, then it shows the name and Number from the forwarding phone and not the person who called from outside. Is there a way, that the person who gets the forwarded call see the number from the person who called?
