Call Waiting Beep

Hi

We have a number of T46U's with WH62 headsets. We have a disabled call waiting, Call waiting tone and even set the call waiting tone to 0 in the tones section but still the user gets a beep when a call comes in.

The phone an headset ate all up to date firmware wise so I am at a loss how to stop the call waiting beep.

Can anyone help, thanks
