Hi James,
thanks for your help. I now solved the problem with the workaround "phone/room swap".
My son got the KE1020A and is now able to dial out.
And the T20P now is in our living room. Here we primary use a DECT phone and my initial idea for the second wired phone was for the case of an incoming call when the DECT phone is gone.
My kids and my wife love it to walk around with a phone and then leave it at a random location.
So....our living room is the perfect place for a phone, that can't dial out ;-)

Hi Detlev,

If that works for you it's OK. Since we don't have a Fritbox in our lab it's not easy to confirm the issue.
I will ask our R&D whether they meet such an issue before. If yes I will feedback to you.
