Hi Allen,

Yes, there is two parameters in the V70 version to configure the received and send volume for headset, you can use the below syntax to configure it .

#!version:1.0.0.1
#Configure the sending volume of Headset. It ranges from 1 to 53, the default values are 29.
#Require reboot;

#Configure the receiving volume of Headset. It ranges from 0 to 15, the default value is 8.

voice.headset.spk_vol =
For the question that if the Volume always is set to 1/2 way. Is there a way to default it to the lowest setting?
During talking, you can use the volume - key to decrease the headset volume.
