T22P with headset too loud - ccwtech - 12-30-2012 02:00 AM I have a T22P and a Yealink headset. Problem is, even on the lowest setting it is way too loud. Is there anything I can do to adjust this? Also, it seems the Volume always is set to 1/2 way. Is there a way to default it to the lowest setting? Alen RE: T22P with headset too loud - Yealink Support - 01-02-2013 11:04 AM Hi Allen, Yes, there is two parameters in the V70 version to configure the received and send volume for headset, you can use the below syntax to configure it . #!version:1.0.0.1 #Configure the sending volume of Headset. It ranges from 1 to 53, the default values are 29. #Require reboot; voice.headset_send = #Configure the receiving volume of Headset. It ranges from 0 to 15, the default value is 8. voice.headset.spk_vol = For the question that if the Volume always is set to 1/2 way. Is there a way to default it to the lowest setting? During talking, you can use the volume - key to decrease the headset volume. Let me know if any misunderstanding. Best Regards! RE: T22P with headset too loud - Yealink Support - 12-02-2013 05:02 PM Hi ccwtech, You can adjust the DTMF volume when the phone is idle. 1. press 1 2. then adjust the volume bar asap 3. Then you can adjust the dtmf tone when you press it. But when you pick up the handset, you adjust the volume bar and it will adjust the receive sound of handset. |
