T46 call log - transferred calls.

T46 call log - transferred calls.
I have the problem previously related on another ticket.

Inbound call,l A party, is answered by station B. Station B supervised transfer to station C, who takes the call. Details of the A party number on the call should appear in the Call history log in station C. It does not.

Firmware is 28.82.0.20 and equivalent on other models.

any advice welcome

Dear Chris,

I make some testing on my side, and failed to reproduced the issue:
How many phone with this issue?
Please reset the phone and testing again.
If still have issue, please provided the PCAP, config.bin and syslog with level 6.

Hi chaps - I am still working on this problem - I attach pcap traces from the two test phones.

There are two sets of calls 07701352xxx calls 1004, supervised transfer to 1002, then the reverse.

Hello Chris,

After analysis on our side, we found the INVITE in PCAP, A info contain in RPID header. But on the phone side, it is default with FROM.
So please try with below parameter:
account.X.cid_source = 5
0:FROM (default value)
1:PAI
2:PAI-FROM
3:PRID-PAI-FROM
4:PAI-RPID-FROM
5:RPID-FROM
6.PREFERENCE
