T48G dropping calls

Hi,
When you mentioned " my calls drop ..every single call". do you mean when you make or receive a call on T48, after talking for a while, T48 will automatically drop the call?
If yes, how long the call will be dropped ?
If you change the account from Polycom to T48, the issue still exist ?
Please make sure that the T48 use the latest version, you can download it from below website.

If you used Broadsoft, the version is 35.73.193.50 , if not, please use 35.73.0.50

If the issue still exist on the latest version, please send us config.bin file, level 6 syslog and pcap trace that we can debug.
