Hi,

Please try the Replace Rule to change the “+” sign into “00” before dialing back the number.
Enter “+(xx)” in the Prefix field,
Enter “00$1” in the Replace field,
Leave the Account field empty

Configure the “Reformat Caller ID” for incoming calls in 3CX PBX.
