Yealink 48G unable to redial +44 numbers - DCoates - 05-12-2016 11:14 PM

Hi all,

We have got Yealink 48G in our office connected to 3cx server. we can send and receive calls with no issues. However, when we recive a call from a UK number it comes in as +441234567899. however if we then hit redial or lookup though the history we get "Not Found" on the phone and "Flow Target Endpoint for +441234567899 can not be built!" on 3cx logging.

Please can you help? its on of those issues that you don't release how much you use the redial function.

Thanks
David

Hi,

Please try the Replace Rule to change the “+” sign into “00” before dialing back the number.
Enter “+(xx)” in the Prefix field,
Enter “00$1” in the Replace field,
Leave the Account field empty

Or

Configure the “Reformat Caller ID” for incoming calls in 3CX PBX.
