Hi,

As far as I know, there is no way to keep user settings in the phone if it is reprovisioned.
In this case, setting up the phone with preset settings is a disadvantage... all current settings will be deleted and replaced with the preset settings.
If you want to provide the phones with your own settings, you will have to provision the phones yourself.
