T43 issue with Teams Sip Gateway - mecano427 - 02-29-2024 10:25 PM Hi , I deployed several T43s with Teams calling plan ( Sip Gateway ) . Each time the provisionning is push ( by microsoft ) , the speed dial and the other config is erase . Do you have a way to leave the phone configuration with Teams provisioning? Microsoft does not offer any solution from their side. Hi, As far as I know, there is no way to keep user settings in the phone if it is reprovisioned. In this case, setting up the phone with preset settings is a disadvantage... all current settings will be deleted and replaced with the preset settings. If you want to provide the phones with your own settings, you will have to provision the phones yourself. |
