T43 issue with Teams Sip Gateway

Hi , I deployed several T43s with Teams calling plan ( Sip Gateway ) .

Each time the provisionning is push ( by microsoft ) , the speed dial and the other config is erase .

Do you have a way to leave the phone configuration with Teams provisioning?

Microsoft does not offer any solution from their side.
