Hi,

I have tried your settings on my T48G and have no issues.
I use the replacement rule: Prefix ([0-9]xx) – Replace 9$1
After dialing 511 and 911, I checked “Phone Call Info” and 9511 @ ip-address and 9911 @ ip-address shown in the list.
Also the 3CX PBX I’m running shows in the call log both numbers (9511 and 9911) which mean the phone sent the right phone numbers to the PBX.

What kind/type PBX are you running?
Because adding a 9 in front of 911, so dial 9911, won’t work… Is extension number 99 accidently not the voicemail number of the PBX?
