USB-Support @ YeaLink

Hello,

we actually have a Siemens telephone system and have the phones connected over USB to our laptops.
We dial with our own support-software direct out with this connection (CallBridge TU).

At end of this year we want to change the system to a 3CX System and want to buy Yealink IP-Phones (T46G?).
The question is now: can we also dial like the old way (no lift of the receiver) over USB?
We cannot use the network for this because our laptops have a VPN connection to our customer. We also cannot change anything with the VPN.
