Hi 5cservices,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have changed the mechanism in the latest version.
You can press the "#" button on the keyboard to place a new call when in history. If you press "#" button doesn't work, please access to web GUI->Features->General Information->key as send, fill in "#" in the field. Click confirm to accept the change. Smile
