T20P : Ok on call history no longer places call - 5cservices - 07-23-2014 05:42 PM When you view your call history on the TP20p Phone, pressing the ok button now adds the phone number to the directory, instead of placing a new call. This is not the functionality describe in the manual. This only happens with phones updated to the latest firmware. Phones on the older firmware work as expected. Does anyone have any idea how to re-program this to place an outgoing call again ? You can press the "#" button on the keyboard to place a new call when in history. If you press "#" button doesn't work, please access to web GUI->Features->General Information->key as send, fill in "#" in the field.
