Please download the firmware 28.71.0.108 and check(do not compatible with IE9 currently):

You say not ie9 compatible... How about ie10 as that is primary on most of our desktops.

Also can't compatible with IE10, this request IE browser to modify their registry.
So we suggest you use other browser to do this.

Ok - doesn't really matter it appears. The software still triggers the call properly as it did with the T38 device. Thank you for this quick turn around.

Hi Support,

I've just bought a bunch of these and encountered this problem. Can I use this firmware on my T42G and T46G handsets? This version doesn't seem to be published online yet?

**Edit: I see now this firmware is just for the T46G. Can you supply a similar fix for the T42G as well - I have an office full of crippled handsets at the moment!

I had a similar problem on my T42G which had firmware 29.71.0.91. Anytime I called the outgoing_url it wasn't accepting the user & password. It would work from my firefox browser but not from code. Downloaded the new firmware 29.71.23.1 and it fixed my problem.
