WH66 Issues

I have 2 issues with this device.

1. When in a call the WH66 display does not show me in a teams call. All firmware up to date.

2. While in an existing meeting if someone calls me it will disrupt the audio of current teams meeting. Then when I stop the incoming call it keeps ringing forever! I have to pull the power to WH66 to get audio back to me meeting it interupted.

Any fixes for this?

Mute button on headset also doesn't work.
