T57W Call Muffled

I have a large deployment with the Yealink T57W phones. They are reporting that the caller sounds muffled.

The phones are running firmware version 96.86.0.45.

Is there anything I can do to make these calls more clear?

Hi,

The first thing that comes to my mind is: misconfiguration of the codec.
Please use the G.711 codec and try again.

Still not great. Plugging the handset into the headset port is way better. This seems to be a major issue with these Yealink phones.
