T53W being prompt to push button before call is connected

I have a user that only when he calls from the T53W phone to mobile numbers he is getting prompt to push a button to connect his call. It is also a different number each time.

This is not happening on the Softphone or the web client. This is a 3CX instance.

Does anyone have any ideas?
