Hi All,
I have an issue with my T46G Phones :-

Scenario

Bob is on extension 3000 and when I dial 3000 it displays Bob 3000 and I can either press ok or press the down arrow to select him and then press ok

now Bob leaves the company,John takes his extension, now when I dial 3000 it now displays John 3000 but underneath it says Bob 3000

I have found the only way to clear this is to factory reset and auto provision the phones which isnt ideal or practical on 70+ phones with high staff coming and going, they are all on FW 28.81.0.70

I assume its a cache issue, anyway to clear the cache remotely or an auto provision setting I can set ?

As you can see from image 1 when I search 3810 it displays the new member of staff Peter Jones on extension 3810:-

   

Peter Leaves after a few days and is replaced by John Wilson, however when I search for 3810 now I get both names displayed :-

What directories you using now?
Maybe you can export the trace files, I can check more via these files.
