T46G-Time not synchronizing

T46G-Time not synchronizing
Using firmware 28.72.0.45 and hardware version 28.2.0.128.0.0.0.

The time will not sync properly. Tried using both DHCP server sync from my windows 2012 server and 1.pool.ntp.org. Nothing seems to work. Unless I set the phone time manually the phone has the time of Mon July 28th.

Hi jmills1066,

Please try below steps:
1. Reset the phone to factory. Access to the web gui->Settings->Upgrade tab, click the "Reset to Factory Setting" button. Then the phone will reboot and all configurations will be clean.
2. Please don't change the NTP server and don't enable the DHCP time feature. You just need to select the correct time zone and click the confirm to accept the change.
3. If the issue still exist after above steps, please export the config.bin file and send to me. if you change the username/password, please change it to admin/admin back, then i can import it and access it to test it.
