Hello,

We currently use 3CX as our VoIP server and we use call queues for different things. I'm noticing that on the T49s the Call Queue is displayed followed by the Caller ID but this doesn't show up on the T48s, only the Caller ID. So the phones read:

T49 - Call Queue: Caller ID
T48 - Caller ID

Does anyone else know if this can be fixed or if they are running into the same issues?

Please go to web interface: Setting-->Call Display, you can set it by your own.
