T48 blf extension issue

when i autoprovision my t48 i get some unexpected values for one of my blf buttons.

what i return for the button is this

linekey.7.line = 0
linekey.7.value = 200
linekey.7.extension = 8*
linekey.7.type = 16
linekey.7.label = KristianMedK

however, for the extension, when i look up the phone it has the value 8*200.

if i manually edit it to 8* the blf functions correct when picking up a call, if i dont edit it and try to pick up a call it dials 8*200200 instead of 8*200.

how can i force the phone to only put 8* in the extension value, and not 8*<linekey.7.value> which is where i suspect it takes "200" from.

What is your firmware of T48G? I test in 35.72.0.10, fill 8* in webpage and can't reproduce your issue.
Also please change this syntax as linekey.7.line = 1 which means for the account 1.

firmware is 35.72.0.5 upgrading the firmware for an issue like this is unlikely to be approved.

i can change change the extension on the webpage and it is saved correctly, it's only when autoprovisioning it gets af wrong value.

Do you use 3CX V12-SP6 now?
Do you update the provisioning template in your 3CX server?
Can you change linekey.7.extension = 8* as [color]linekey.7.pickup_value= 8*[/color] and test again?
