Daylight Saving Time endTime don't work as expected

Hi I'm testing the daylightSaving Time in my SIP-T27P and SIP-T29G and I'm having problems with it.
I'm living in Portugal so our DST is :

Starts at (last sunday of March):
Sunday, 27 March 2016, 1:00:00 clocks are turned forward 1 hour to
Sunday, 27 Marchde 2016, 2:00:00 local daylight time instead

Ends at (last sunday of October ):
Sunday, 30 October 2016, 2:00:00 clocks are turned backward 1 hour to
Sunday, 30 October 2016, 1:00:00 local standard time instead


So I configured the following in my phones :
local_time.time_zone = 0
local_time.time_zone_name = Portugal(Lisboa,Porto,Funchal)
local_time.summer_time = 1
local_time.dst_time_type = 1
local_time.start_time =3/5/7/1
local_time.end_time =10/5/7/2
local_time.offset_time =60
local_time.manual_time_enable = 0
local_time.manual_ntp_srv_prior= 1
local_time.ntp_server1 = 10.112.83.158



Where the 10.112.83.158 is my private NTP server where I'm doing tests.
So I changed the date of my NTP server to :

NTP Server SIP-T27P SIP-T29G
27/03/2016 00:59 27/03/2016 00:59 27/03/2016 00:59
27/03/2016 01:00 27/03/2016 02:00 27/03/2016 02:00

So as expected when the NTP server is 27/03/2016 00:59 the phone also have the same time, and at 1 o'clock the phone starts correctly the summer time setting plus 60 min on phones time.

The problem seems in the terminus of summer time.When I set in my NTP server Oct 30 00:59 the phones show correctly the 01:59, but when the NTP server is Oct 30 01:00 the phone remains in the summer time showing 02:00h. Only when my NTP server changes from Oct 30 01:59 (here the phone shows 02:59) to Oct 30 00:00 the phone ends the summer time and start showing the correct time Oct 30 02:00:00.

In the AutoDST.xml file I found that the DST for Portugal is :
<DST szTime="-1" szZone="Portugal(Azores)" iType="1" szStart="3/5/7/1" szEnd="10/5/7/2" szOffset="60"/>

so I think I'm sending the correct configuration time to the phone, but the ending time is 1 hour late than it should, can you analyze it ?
