Hi,

A customer reports me that the backlight of the phone iluminates every few minutes (when the phone checks for changes in the provisioning [sends a NOTIFY]).

Yealink T23 with FW:44.80.0.70.

I can't find any way to disable this. Does exist any way to disable it via auto-provisioning?

Hello, there is no a configuration to disable it.

Generally the autoprovision period won't be set to a short time. May I know why the customer set the period to several minutes?

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply.

We usually make many changes on the terminals and we need to have the terminal checking those changes in the configuration and the synchronization with our PBX. That's why we check it every few minutes.

We need to change that, we don't understand why if we want to check that the terminal is updated we have to see the backlight iluminated every time.
