t46 hard reset fail
hi,

i have lost user and password for my t46. I try to reset it with hold ok for 10 second, ask me for reset i confirm. BUT ask me for a admin password !!

What happens ?

Hello,

The reset password protect should have been enabled in your phone.
Did you change the password by your self?

Do you setup this phone? If not, please have a try with your service administrator whether they change the password.

yes i setup this phone ! but i leave it on internet and someone hack it ! now i can't use it !
