Heaset not working fine

Hello,
i have a T57W firmware 96.86.0.81 with 3CX PBX

my problem :
On a incoming call :

the operator answers from the headset, hears nothing and by deactivating/reactivating the headset with the button on the phone, the whole thing becomes functional...

One idea ?

Hi,

If you switch the handset and headset jack on the back of the phone, does that solve the problem?
