T57W Enhanced Monitored Extension Not Working

I have 2 phones. My T57W phone and a T57W phone we will call Reception. I want to be able to pick up calls that are going to the reception phone if they don't answer or if they are away from their phone.

Right now I have an enhanced monitored extension setup for reception on my phone. When I press the key to answer the reception phone I get an error on my phone that shows: Internal Server Error

Both phones are on firmware version 96.86.0.45.

When the phones are idle I can press the eme button for reception and it will ring the phone.

I'm not sure why this isn't working.
