T56 BLF LED Stop Working, Reboot Fixes Issue

Yealink T54S
Firmware Version 70.84.0.70
Hardware Version 70.0.0.128.0.0.0
FreePBX 13.0.197.31
Asterisk 13.29.2

I have several phones that the BLF buttons stop showing LED colors or BLF status on screen (They display as Grey). The buttons themselves work just fine. If the user Reboots their phone everything will work correctly for awhile then it will come back up. Any ideas on where to start to troubleshoot?
