Call Waiting Tone

Hi there,

Using a T26, is it possible to have call waiting enabled but have no tone play when the second call comes in??

Hello ,

You can disable the Waiting tone via web interface:


Or you can also provision a batch of phones via auto provision.
The syntax of this function is :
call_waiting.tone = 0

Description:
It enables or disables the IP phone to play the call waiting tone when the IP phone receives an incoming call during a call.
0-Disabled
1-Enabled
