Default password resets itself

Will only the admin password be reset, or will multiple settings be reset as well?
E.g. the user password, the phone is reset to factory settings, account settings?

Are the telephones in question supplied with power via PoE?
If so, try powering them with a separate power supply.

Only the password is changing. All the other configuration is there.
Yes, power via PoE, but i don't think power supply is the problem.
