Default password resets itself

Hello,

I have a question.
I have some SIP phones, most of them T33G and T48U.
It happens, I haven't managed to understand how and why, the admin password is resetting back to default itself, every now and then.
I didn't track specific time schedules or specific devices.
Not happened to all devices, not happening every 2 days or every week..but is happening constantly.

Can anyone give me any advice?
