Rearrange in call buttons

We are rolling out Yealink T46U phones for Zoom and the 'in call' buttons on screen 1 are Park, Transfer, Hold, then paginate button (for screen 2).

2 of these 3 are physical buttons on the phone and waste valuable real estate on the programmable buttons. On screen 2 include "Conference, and End Call" buttons which I would like to move to screen 1.

Anyone have advice on moving the 'end call' option as there doesn't appear to be a button type for this in any of the type listings I've found. Also, generally poor choices on the default buttons on the home screen as physical buttons already exist. How did others deal with this?

I hate to have to train my users on advancing past screen 1 buttons to find 'end call' and 'conference' on screen 2 when all the screen 1 buttons are unneeded.
