T42G: first second of audio missing (caller doesn't hear "hello" from callee) - Lasse - 07-19-2017 09:08 AM Hi, We have a problem with our T42Gs and firmware 29.81.0.110 as well as recent preceding firmwares: the first second of the answer is often not heard by the person calling, so the person who answers the phone says "hello" but the person calling doesn't hear it. Appears to be very similar to a problem reported earlier for the T28 model: http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=738 Unfortunately it does not occur all the time and we fail to reproduce it, so it's difficult to troubleshoot. Would the remote syslog level 6 logs be of any use? If so, I can activate it on a couple of phones and ask their users to report any occurrence so that I can send you the relevant logs. Any idea how we can fix this? For this problem, can you share me more information below: 1. how many seconds will be missed in the call? 2. if only one side have the issue? Or both sides can not hear the begining of the other sides? 3. i am afraid only the syslog is not enough to locate the problem. Please kindly refer to the FAQ to collect the level 6 syslog, config,bin and pace trace:http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=313 As it is a random issue, please pay attention to the situation 2 in the FAQ. 4.
