T46G and openvpn - gradyent - 06-21-2015 09:19 AM Hi I'm relatively new at T46's but I know even less about configuring them for VPN. I have used both the openvpn and the yealink guides with a t46 and t28 model ip phone. I have not been able to successfully connect either of the phones to the vpn. Is there a better guide than the sunnystate guide. I've followed that one too and to no avail. Or is someone able to walk me through what I'm doing wrong? Thanks V/R Gradyent RE: T46G and openvpn - Flora_Yealink - 06-23-2015 10:46 PM Hi Gradyent, Have you checked below guide ? http://support.yealink.com/attachmentDownload/download?path=upload%2Fattachment%2F2015-3-10%2F3%2Faef4f24a-4de6-46c3-9407-9f0a667ffcb3%2FOpenVPN_Feature_on_Yealink_IP_Phones%28Linux%2BWindows%29_V71.pdf and please let us know whether you install the openvpn server, if yes, please make sure the client file for the phone are correct . if the server is not installed by yourself, please contact your server administrator or you can send use the client file , config.bin file , pcap trace and level 6 syslog for debug. you can refer to below for how to catch these information. http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1319 Best Regards! Flora RE: T46G and openvpn - gradyent - 06-26-2015 01:41 AM Yea, thats right no VPN icon on either display. My goal is to set it up and have it work. My scenario: LAN 192.168.200.0/24 (This is my WAN side of pfSense as well as where the VPN Client phone hostnet) LAN 192.168.1.0/24 (LAN provided by pfSense and the PBX hostnet) Tunnel Network for VPN set to 192.168.2.0/24 Do you need anything else about my scenario...? RE: T46G and openvpn - gradyent - 06-30-2015 02:21 AM I haven't heard anything from the thread in a week, I am wondering is anyone still helping me with this. I got the VPN icon to show up on Friday when I disabled all the security options in pfSense, but my phone still did not connect to the Elastix server on the other side of the firewall. |
