Hi Justin,
I found in the T42G webpage, it shows "-5 United States-Eastern" as the attachment, but no "time" word, so you should use below parameter to autop:
----------------------------
local_time.time_zone = -5
local_time.time_zone_name = United States-Eastern
----------------------------

While in T46G, it shows "-5 United States-Eastern Time", i think in the T42G commercial firmware, it will correct this.
