Action url to self

I'm trying to accomplish the following:

When my t48 is autoprovisioned, i want it to enable DND.
I tried to do this with the autop field, by filling in:
Http://$ip/servlet?key=DNDOn or http://127.0.0.1/servlet?key=DNDOn

This does not work, and i cannot figure out why.
I also tried filling in the phones ip address, but also no results

Any ideas why this doesn't work like expected?
