VP2009T resets and VP530 not IP responding

Hi mates,

Ok I have 2 issues, and I need with urgent find a solutions for both.

My priority is a VP530 videophone, it is new but for some reason I have not discovered yet, this phone is not responding to IP. If you configure it to retrieve and IP with DHCP, it does not work. On the other hand, if you configure a static IP, it does not work.

Additionally, I have 2 VP2009T phones running 22.21.0.107, but both phones resets themself during a videocall.

I would appreciate any comments...please help !! Sad
