VP530 and Smartphone Android VIDEO CALL

I use VP530

Firmware_Version 23.70.188.19
Hardware_Version 23.5.1.201.18.0.8

I use Zoiper Android 1.18.2
I use Zoiper Biz 3.6 for Windows 64/32bit

I use http://www.ovh.fr for server sip account .

No probleme for Audio .
Probleme witch VIDEO if use Smartphone and PC window XP

If use a another VP530 or a Grandstream GXV3140 => No probleme .
VP530 to VP530 OK
VP530 to GXV3140 ok

GXV3140 to windows not ok
VP530 to windows not ok

GXV3140 to android not ok
VP530 to android not ok

No probleme for Audio For all test .

Exist a softphone compatible with VP530 for video/audio ?

I am ready for start test and trace support for Yealing technical.
