Dial Plan-RingCentral-AreaCode

Ring Central requires putting the area code in all numbers dialed. I thought I could avoid this with Dial Plans that insert area code before 7 dialed digits. See attached.

But they are not inserting the Area Code. This is my first foray into this area so I would appreciate some help.
